Wholesale Drop Shipping

Do you have your own web store and need coffee products to sell? Then you need the ALOC Drop Shipping Program!
There are never any minimums! Simply sign up, use our photos and description for your own store, and sell to your customers! Then place the order with us at your 25% discount and keep the balance as your profit!The invoice sent to the customer will not have any prices on it and will have YOUR business information, not ours. Your customers will remain YOUR customers! We are simply your wholesale supplier! We will never advertise or market ourselves to your customers in any way!
Please read all information CAREFULLY before you sign up as a Wholesale Drop Shipping Partner! You will also need to be familiar with our Ordering and Shipping Policies so that you can successfully communicate those policies to your own customers.
Sign Up & General Information
What is Drop Shipping? Drop shipping is just like wholesale except you have no minimum orders & you don't need to carry an inventory. ALOC becomes your wholesale supplier, supplying the products for you to sell on your own site.
All drop shipping orders MUST be placed through the cart and we will INVOICE you for payment. DO NOT pay for your order at the time it is placed! Please allow at least 12-24 BUSINESS hours (excluding weekends) for us to send you an invoice before contacting us. Wholesale orders may be paid via PayPal only, using your PayPal account or a credit card.(See more info below.)
Drop Shipping partners will be able to order A Love of Coffee products at a 25% discount off of REGULAR RETAIL prices. If we are running a sale, then sale prices will be shown in the cart when you check out, not full retail. You WILL be invoiced for the difference! This is the way our cart works and we cannot change it, so please bear with us when this occurs.Sometimes we may run a sale and pass it along to our wholesale drop shipping partners too. But for the most part, you will pay FULL RETAIL minus 25% and you will be billed for the difference if something is on sale in the ALOC store. PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND! PLEASE when you check out, use the "Wholesale ONLY Invoice" option for payment, ONLY and you will be invoiced for your order total. Again, remember that you will be paying FULL RETAIL (less your discount) even on items that are on sale. If we decide to pass the sale price on to you, we will notify you of that when we invoice you. Be aware that the total shown on your order when you check out WILL be different if you purchased something on sale because we will be invoicing you for the full retail price minus your discount.
PLEASE NOTE: We will usually give drop shipping partners the sale price of an item less their 25% discount on things such as the Coffee of the Month. If we are running a closeout sale however, we will usually give the drop shipping partner EITHER the full price less their discount OR the closeout price without a discount, whichever one is less. For example if "Product A" was $2.99, and we are having a closeout sale and have it priced at $1.69 then we would normally charge the drop shipping partner $1.69 which would be less than they would pay at $2.99 with a 25% discount.
When placing your wholesale/drop ship orders you will be invoiced via PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to pay us, you may use a credit card without signing up for PayPal!
You may price the products on your own site however you wish. When your customer places an order with you, you simply forward the order on to us, by logging in to your Wholesale/Drop Shipping account and using the shopping cart to place the order. Please be aware that we charge actual shipping on all orders. If your are charged more shipping in the cart than it costs us to ship your order, you will be invoiced for the correct total. By the same token, if it costs considerably more for us to ship than what you were charged in the cart, you will be invoiced for the difference, and it must be paid before the order will ship. We ship only to the United States. Be aware that shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will usually be more than what is quoted in the cart.
If you wish to use our products for “Drop Shipping”, please request a wholesale account by clicking the "Apply" link below and filling out the wholesale form. Once you have been approved, you may log in to your account to place orders. You may use the photos and descriptions from ALOC to add the products to your site. You will be asked to provide us with approximately 25 business cards to place with your orders. The packing slip in the order will also have a sticker attached telling the customer that the order came from you (if you have one, please send us your logo to add to your sticker for your packing slips). You will not be allowed to place drop shipped orders until we receive your business information for your invoices. You may place the photos of A Love of Coffee products only on your own site; HOWEVER you may NOT make any changes to the photos AT ALL! All photos remain the copyright of Kandi Traxel, and Traxel Enterprises. You are NOT allowed to use ANY other images from the ALOC site including the image on the home page. PRODUCT IMAGES ONLY. Use of any of the other images on ALOC is a violation of copyright laws. If at any time you are asked to remove the photos from your site, you agree to do so within 24 hours. You accept this when you sign up as an drop shipper with us!
We do not partner with sites that contain ANY type of adult material; that includes adult "toy" parties, etc. We also do not partner with sites that contain nudity, illegal content, racial or religious intolerance, pornography, violence, or sites that promote any of the above. We also will not partner with sites that are not professional in nature. I.E. popups, flashing text, poor color schemes and layout, etc. etc. We reserve the right to reject any site for any reason without benefit of an explanation.
We do charge a one time, non-refundable $5 "set up" fee to become a drop shipping partner. Why do we do this? We do this because many people will sign up to be a drop shipper and then never place an order. It takes a lot of time for us to set up your drop shipping account, print the labels for your invoices, etc. etc. and once we do that and get no orders then we have lost money. When you sign up for a wholesale drop shipping account, please use an email address that you have added to your PayPal account so that we may invoice you for your set up fee. You will not be allowed to place any products on your site, or order with your discount until this fee is paid.
Once you have signed up for the program and have been approved, we will invoice you for the $5 fee via PayPal.
If you live in Arkansas, you MUST have a valid Resellers Permit, or you will be charged sales tax on your orders. NO EXCEPTIONS. We must have this information on file or you will not be permitted to place a wholesale drop shipping order!
When you sign up as a drop shipping partner with ALOC you agree to only present ALOC products in the most positive way possible. If you at any time feel that a product or any service is substandard, you agree to bring that to the attention of ALOC and NOT air your dissatisfaction in public forums. You further agree that you will not use any of our website graphics on your own site, your product labels, or in any other way. You may use product photos only. You agree that you will never remove or change ANY information on the ANY ALOC product label. Doing so could be a violation of federal law.
When you place ALOC products on your website, you MUST provide ordering and shipping information that agrees with ALOC ordering and shipping information. Your failure to truthfully communicate any information concerning ALOC products, packaging, shipping times/policies or any other aspect of ALOC is your responsibilty. Please be aware of all shipping times on all products.
You understand that ALOC reserves the right to terminate the Wholesale/Drop Shipping partnership at any time for any reason, and you agree to remove ALOC products from your own site/store within 48 hours of notice of such action.
PLEASE check the site often for product changes, additions and removals! We are not responsible if you sell and product that is no longer in stock at ALOC!

When you sign up, remember we will use the email address that you put on your application for all correspondence and PayPal invoices. Please make sure the email address is added to your PayPal account.
